When will my order be shipped?

All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days via USPS unless otherwise noted. Please make sure your mailing address is correct before your submit your order. U.S. holidays and weekends are not considered business days.

During peak or promotional periods, you may experience additional 1 or 2 business days. If any issue or problem arise that may cause a delay in shipping your order, we will contact you by email. 

How do I track my order?

After we ship your order, you will receive an email that will include the tracking number and website to track your order at any time.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Of course, simply send an email to [email protected] with order number, and we will be happy to assist you in making special arrangements for expedited shipping. An additional shipping fee may apply.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! Simply complete the contact form and include your item number(s) or product title(s), city, country, and zip code. Our shipping representative will email an invoice with the exact shipping cost. Please allow up to 3 to 4 weeks for your order to arrive. Customs may hold your package for an undetermined amount of time, and this is not our control once it is out of the U.S. You are responsible for all or any customs fees. Please familiarize yourself with your country’s policies on duty fees.

Can I return an item?

We do not accept returns unless they are damaged or defective. Please contact us at [email protected]  within 48 hours after the order arrives at its destination with the order number, reasoning for exchange, and pictures of the product. We will verify that we have a replacement product to be sent out. If for some reason, we do not have an exchange in stock, I will offer you a full refund for the original purchase. All international orders are FINAL SALE.

Can I cancel my order at any time?

Your order may not be canceled, for any reason, once submitted.
